Autumn has always been my favorite time of the year in DC area! I love traveling but I wouldn’t want to go anywhere in Autumn. We are blessed to have a lot of beautiful places around our area from the rolling hills of Loudon County, beautiful wineries, Shenandoah National Park, Harpers Ferry, Great falls and many other cool places! Over the past weekend I had a chance to visit one of my favorite places around the area: Canaan Valley in West Virginia. In case you haven’t heard about it; Canaan Valley is an oval bowl-like upland valley whose floor is averaging at 3,200 feet above sea level making it the highest sizable valley east of Mississippi river! The valley is famous for its scenery and snow! Surprisingly we were treated with more than a few inches of snow and I got some nice shots of the scenery and happy couples!
